Product Description

Refrigerated Sea Water (RSW) system chiller is a specialized piece of equipment used primarily in the fishing industry to maintain the freshness and quality of the catch. The system cools sea water to a desired temperature, which is then circulated around the fish hold tanks to preserve the catch fish. 

By maintaining a consistent low temperature, the RSW system ensures that the fish remain fresh for a longer period, preserving their texture, flavor, and nutritional value.Fresh, high-quality seafood fetches better prices in the market. By ensuring the catch remains fresh, fishermen and seafood processors can achieve higher profitability.

RSW System Features

Main Components system:

Compressor, The heart of the refrigeration cycle, compressing the refrigerant and enabling heat exchange.Adopt reliable and durable comoressor brand Emerson Copeland, Danfos, Bizte, Hanbell and Jingwei, they are different types by scroll, piston, and screw.
Evaporator: The component where the refrigerant absorbs heat from the seawater, cooling it down, connect with water tanks, water must be sanitary, material to use PPR or stainless steel 316L shell and internal with Titanium tube.

Condenser: Dissipates the heat extracted from the seawater, usually pump from and discharge to ocean sea water, cooling tower does not need, ususally material made of stainless steel 316 shell and copper nickle tube,  before condenser and evaporator, filter strainer is required to filter the dirty substance.

Expansion Valve: Regulates the flow of refrigerant into the evaporator, reducing its pressure and temperature. Seawater Pumps: Circulate seawater through the system for continuous cooling.

Control system, Modern RSW systems often come with automated controls and monitoring systems, reducing the need for manual oversight and allowing the crew to focus on other tasks, offer remote monitoring capabilities, allowing operators to check system status and performance from a distance

Electric cabinet, adopt Schneidr electric components, cabinet can be placed on the chiller unit or separate for remote installation, material made of stainelss steel 316 or plastic.

Centrifugal Pumps are the Most common type used in RSW systems. These pumps use a rotating impeller to move seawater, made of stainless steel 316L, with High flow rates, simple construction, and relatively low maintenance. Applications: Suitable for most RSW system needs due to their ability to handle large volumes of seawater.
