DTMACH curve edge banding machine features:
1. Machine arm length 1.8 m, can edge band 2.4X1.2m panel
2. Double pedal control, one controls the suction cup and the other controls the edge band strip feeding
3. Equipped with 30cm suction cups to suck the panel firmly
4. Two breaking edge band strip ways, time breaking and foot breaking
5. Glue pot capacity 1200ml, no need to add glue frequently
6. Gluing adopts double spiral gluing, sufficient glue, grid-shaped glue roller, uniform glue coating, firm adhesion, double-sided glue coating can be selected for straight edge banding
7. New pressure strip plate ensures uniform glue coating and continuous glue
8. Double cylinder design, feed cylinder and cutter cylinder are separated, making the transmission more stable and strip breaking faster.
9. New strip board prevents edge banding from rebounding
10. 2 limit positions to prevent edge banding from running off
11. Infinitely variable speed, adjustable speed
12. Add auxiliary pressure wheel to make the paste more firm
13. Automatically spray clear glue to prevent glue sticking, Add hot air function, heating after glue application to increase the firmness of the paste
