1. M42 Bi-metal band saw blades;
2. M42 Bi-metal band saw blades with teeth made of German made M42 high-speed steel and back made of high-quality German made spring steel;
3. The teeth possess hardness in the range of HRC 67-69 and high red-hardness and the back possesses high fatigue strength;
4. These M42 Bi-metal band saw blades are used for cutting beams, pipes and profiles. The special tooth geometry is resistant against vibrations and heavy irregular mechanical strain arising during the above-mentioned applications.
5. Our standard M42 Bi-metal band saw blades are inclusive of below sizes. You can always ask us for other non-standard sizes because we always customize them.
Size 27x0.90mm, T. P. I. 3/4; 4/6; 5/8, length to be defined by customer;
Size 34x1.10mm, T. P. I. 2/3; 3/4; 4/6; 5/8, length to be defined by customer;
Size 41x1.30mm, T. P. I. 2/3; 3/4; 4/6; 5/8, length to be defined by customer;
We alway weld the pieces of band saw blades into loops of customer defined length.
