A: Yes, we definitely could provide you the sample for test quality , however you need to pay the sample cost and courier.

A: Main Parts(like motor,battery,front fork ,rear shock ,etc...): 12 months Other small parts: 3 months.

Q4. How to control quality?
A: At OPAI, each ebike and e-bike kit will be test 100%.

Q5:What's your payment term?
A:We accept T/T, L/C,Western Union and PayPal. Sample order: 100% paid in advanced. Formal order: 30% as deposit,70% balance need to paid before shipment.

Q6: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 3~7days if the goods are in stock. or 35~45 days after the sample is confirmed and advance payment is received, The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

Q7: What is the transportation?
