DDRB lubrication pump
DDRB -N series of multi-point lubrication pumps is used for low lubrication frequency, lubrication points below 50, nominal pressure of 31.5MPa, multi line of small and medium machinery and equipment centralized lubrication system, directly or through a single distributor to feed grease to each lubricating points. Lubricants: grease with penetration of no less than 265 (25°C,150g) 1/10mm or lubricant oil with viscosity of higher than N68.
Temperature: from -20°C to 80°C.
The DDRB-N multi-point lubrication pump mainly consists of an tank, a reduction mechanism, an oil pressure plunger pump and an electric motor.
The electric motor drives the worm and worm gear to rotate at a reduced speed, and the worm gear shaft drives the eccentric drive wheel to rotate at a low speed. The pull plate of the drive wheel drives the oil pressure plunger pump element plunger to perform reciprocating suction and pressure oil movement, so that the oil outlet of each pump element discharges lubricant outwardment discharges lubricant outward.
Notice
1. Pump should be installed right in the place with suitable temperature, less dust, facilitate inspection, maintenance and adding lubricants
2. When adding lubricants to the tank, should inject the lubricants from the oil-in place on the tank by lubricant feed pump, forbidden to open the tank and add unfiltered lubricants.
3. Connect the electric wire should accord to the direction indicator on the tank, forbidden reverse connection.
4. Oil-let number is from 1 to 14, according to the requirement pump element can be removed then plug the screw hole with M20*15 screw plug.
5. Use adjusting screw 3 (picture below) can change the lubricants displacement.
