1. Internal welding device

3. Front bridge

Function: Used to fix and bear the equipment before the molding machine, and can be rotated around the rotating shaft of the molding machine under the action of the oil cylinder, to produce different forming angles, to meet the production of different plate width and pipe diameter steel pipe.

Structure: Composed of bridge body, rotating lug, fine-tuning device, roller, etc.

4. Rear axle

Function: Used for fixing and bearing tube, pipe, fly cutting, external welding and other equipment, can swing ±1° around the forming machine under the action of the oil cylinder, eliminate the wrong edge, edge phenomenon in the process of steel pipe forming.

Structure: It is composed of bridge body, output bracket, output roller, measuring device, roller, fine-tuning device and deflection roller device.

Equipment description: The bridge body is shaped steel, and the steel plate is processed after welding. It is the carrier of all the equipment after forming. It has the function of fine tuning Angle and cutting pipe.

Function: It is used to cut the welded steel pipe into the finished pipe of fixed length according to the fixed length.
