· The machine is equipped by a sxtrusion system with 10 separate exits;
· Possibillity to get different sizes of product by changing the extrusion system;
· Pre-cooling by cold water by s transportation belt equipped with 10 individual channels;
· Automatic cutting by an indipendent cutting device that guatantee the required lenght of each cheese;
· PLC to manage the moulding, cooling and cuttting;
· Completely arranged for CIP cleaning.
