Koller 5 Ton Per Day Commercial Cube Ice Maker Machine CV5000
Our 5ton ice cube machine adopt water cooling syste, so it is made up of two parts: ice cube machine unit and cooling tower.
Ice Cube Machine: 3080mm*1920mm*2080mm
Cooling tower: 1650mm*1650mm*1750mm.
We also can design it to be air coling way if you need.
If you want to set up an ice factory, then you may also need the following equipments. We can provide one-stop solution, provide all the equipments mentioned below. Besides, site layout plan can be provided to help you build your ice plant.

About the Installation:
All the necessary parts such as water pipes, water pumps and other accessories are offered free of charge when delivery.
Operational manual and video will be offered to guide the installation.
1. If you will install the machine by yourself, we will provide the installation guidance step by step until you installed the machine successfully.
2. If you need our engineer to assist the installation, provide technical support and train your workers on site.
1) You should provide accommodation and round-trip ticket for our engineer.
2) Before our engineer arrived at your site, the installation place, electricity, water and installation tools should be ready. Meanwhile, we will provide you a Tool List with the machine when delivery.
3) All spare parts are provided according to our standard. During installation period, any shortage of parts due to the actual installation site, you should afford the cost, such as water pipes.
4) 2~ 3 workers are required to assist the installation for big project.
5) Free of charge for one week. Any delay due to your reason, USD100/day for one person as installation fee will be charged from the 8th day.
About the After-sales Service:
We offer one year warrant and lifetime maintenance.
We have a professional after-sales team to service you.

RO Water Filter
If your tube ice is for drinking, then the water to make ice should be clean and healthy water. You can use RO water filter to purify water if the local water quality don't meet the edible standard.

Electronic Scale and Sealer
If you need to pack the ice bags for selling, then you need an electronic scale and sealer.
Electronic Scale: 100kg high-precision industrial digital electronic scale.
Sealer: foot pedal sealer, easy to control and operate.

Fully Automatic Packing Machine
Automatically finishing the entire procedures, indcuding ice feeding, weighting, making bag, filling, sealing, printing, punching (optional) and counting.
Ice pack can be 1kg to 10kg per bag. Max packing capacity per hour is 3tons.
The conveyer belt is made of food grade PVC and SUS304 stainless steel, which can extremely prevent pollution and keep the ice package neat and clean.
