6)After high-temperature heat treatment (carburizing and quenching), the tooth surface can meet high hardness requirments, generally between 58- 62HRC, effectively ensuring the strength of the tooth surface
7)The tooth surface after heat treatment is cut to ensure the accuracy of the tooth profile, making the transmission smoother
7)The gear shaft blank is subjected to ultrasonic non-destructive testing and the tooth surface after grinding is effectively ensured to be of good quality through non-destructive magnetic particle testing
8)After finishing the finished gear shaft is coated with a layer of anti rust oil and packaged in wooden boxes to meet the requirements for long-time long-distance transportation and storage
