HDI6000 IC card embedding machine is for embedding chip into a card cavity. It is available for ACF DI card chip embedding.

Features:

HDI6000 is control by PC and servo motor.
Conveying belt system is driven by the clutch-brake motor. Cards are sent automatically by conveyor and has high accuracy of positioning .
The direction of milled and un-milled card will be automatically inspected.
Different size of implanting mould is easy to replace.
The pneumatic clip with the function of automatical adjustment will put the card on the desired place.
The Optical-fiber sensor can test the IC card integrity before implanted.
IC card will be automatically positioned to ensure the high accuracy of implanting.
Implanted card is up to ISO7816 standard and the machine equipped with the device for testing the accuracy of the implanted chip
