Product Description
1.1 Technology Introduction
The biowaste is transferred to the hydrolysis /buffer for intermediate storage and homogenized by the stirrers. The functions of the hydrolysis /buffer are not limited to the intermediate storage, homogenization and balancing of quantities between the discontinuous supply of input materials and the quasi-continuous feeding of the fermentation reactors but comprise also the hydrolytic decomposition and an extensive of the hydrolysis products into short-chain carboxylic acids. This provides for the protection of the sensitives methanating bacteria in the fermentation reactors by the availability of an already steadied chemical substrate composition.Raw materials that are prone to acidification such as kitchen waste and kitchen waste should be hydrolyzed and acidified first, usually using hydrolysis acidification tanks. The single-phase anaerobic fermentation process can be used for livestock and poultry manure, and a homogenization tank can be set up.

The retention time in the buffer is about two days.
The hydrolysis tank zones are covered and under negative air pressure to prevent odours from escaping.
1.2 Product Outstanding
- The two stages of hydrolysis acidification and anaerobic methane production are completely separated, and the materials are fully hydrolyzed
- Provide optimal pH, carbon nitrogen ratio, temperature, TS and other conditions for subsequent methane production
- Multiple materials can achieve homogenization
- Equipped with heat exchange function, the anaerobic stage can switch between medium temperature/high temperature modes
- A central stirrer can fully mix the floating and suspended substances at the top, avoiding the formation of scum.
- Equipped with sand settling and sand removal function, it can regularly remove bottom sand and gravel.
- Equipped with online instruments such as thermometers and liquid level gauges, real-time monitoring of tank parameters ensures safe operation.
- Utilize sensors, data analysis, and automated control systems to monitor, optimize, and manage processing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce human errors.

1.5 Key Equipment
Buffer incoming materials, adjust the feed load of the anaerobic fermentation tank, and quickly hydrolyze the organic slurry into organic acids in the tank. Can body form is often used. The materials of hydrolysis homogenization tanks mainly include: Lip tanks, enamel assembled tanks, carbon steel welded anti-corrosion tanks, and composite material tanks. Due to defects in their own processes, Lip tanks, enamel assembled tanks, and carbon steel welded anti-corrosion tanks are prone to rusting and have a short service life. They are generally used in materials with lower corrosiveness.

The pH value of kitchen waste is relatively low, and composite board materials have become the preferred choice for hydrolysis homogenization tanks. The bottom plate and tank wall panels below the liquid level are made of SS304+Q355B, while the tank wall panels at the top and gas phase areas are made of SS304. The combination of SS304 and Q355B avoids rusting issues while also minimizing project costs.
