Descriptions
Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR) is a highly saturated elastomer which is treated by catalytic hydrogenation of nitrile rubber (NBR). Compared with NBR, the molecular structure of HNBR contains a small amount or no carbon-carbon double bonds. The HNBR has better thermal oxygen aging, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, chemical medium resistance (acid, alkali, me-thane, refrigerant, hydrogen sulfide) and good dynamic properties than NBR, while maintaining the oil resistance and wear resistance of NBR. The HNBR is a special rubber with excellent comprehensive properties, which is a national strategic material.

HNBR is widely used in aerospace, automobile industry, oil drilling, machinery manufacturing, textile printing and other industries. It is mainly used in automobile fuel system parts, automobile transmission belts, drilling protection covers, oil well packer rubber cylinders, submersible pump cable sheaths for ultra-deep wells, blowout preventers, stator motors for directional oil production, supporting hoses for offshore oil drilling platforms, aerospace seals, tank track pads, foamed shock-absorbing materials, nuclear industry seals, hydraulic pipes, air-conditioning sealing products, textile printing rubber rollers, etc.

Our Plant
One of our plants is located in the Zheshang Science and Technology Park in Jiashan, Zhejiang. This plant is at the center of prosperous Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai economic zone, and has achieved fasr and sustainable growth since the establishment due to strong market demand and our outstanding research and quality control capabilities.
This plant can provide high quality masterbatches, homoginizer, vulcanizer, scorch retarder and several other rubber processing additives. In 2014, we paseed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificate audit. In 2016, we passed the TS16949 Quality System and OGSAS 18001 certificate audit.
In the last development procedure, we have also paid attention to operate in a sustainable and environment friendly manner, strictly adhering to the national and local environment protection regulations.
