HD-8000 Eight advantages mainly:
  1. The fuel is aviation grade kerosene, and the combustion aid is oxygen. At present, this combustion mode is recognized internationally as the safest combustion mode;
  2. The spray gun structure is designed based on the principle of a rocket generator, with a maximum combustion chamber pressure of 150PSI and a flame flow velocity of over 2000m/s. The output power is large and can be adjusted steplessly;
  3. The spray gun adopts radial powder feeding, which is a new injection method that allows the powder to dissolve well and distribute evenly throughout the flame, improving coverage efficiency and coating quality;
  4. The fuel flow rate of the system adopts a fully closed-loop design, modular design, high-performance PLC control, and safe and easy operation;
  5. The particle velocity generated by combustion design reaches 1100 meters/second (3300 to 3900 per foot second), which is significantly faster than other HVOF systems;
  6. The thickness of the sprayed layer is greater than 10mm (compressive stress coating), and the microhardness is higher than any other HVOF system (the microhardness of HV-80S sprayed WC-Co coating is as high as 1450, while the microhardness of other gas HVOF spray gun sprayed WC-Co coating is only 900-1100);
  7. HV-80S achieved the best quality of high-voltage HVOF coating, with high coating bonding strength of up to 90MPa, low porosity of less than 1%, and an average of less than 0.5%.
