The HT75xx is a low voltage differential linear regulator using CMOS technology.
The maximum output current is 100mA and the maximum allowable input voltage is 30V.
There are several fixed output voltages ranging from 2.5V to 5.0V. COMS technology ensures low voltage drop and low static current.

Precautions for use:

1) The phase compensation circuit is used inside the circuit and the ESR of the output capacitor is used to compensate, so the output to the ground must be connected to a capacitor greater than 2.2uF.

2) It is recommended that the input and output of the application use a 10uF polar capacitor, and try to put the capacitor close to the VIN and VOUT pins of the LDO.

3) Pay attention to the use conditions of input and output voltage and load current to avoid the power consumption (PD) inside the IC exceeding the maximum power consumption allowed by the package.

PD is calculated as follows: PD=(VIN-VOUT)×IOUT
For example: HT7550, SOT-89 package, when VIN=12V, IOUT=100mA, PD= (12-5) x 100mA=0.7W, more than 0.5W specifications, will damage the IC. For PD values of different packages, please refer to the column "Thermal Information".
