Diamond Core Bits:
Many years of experience combined with recent improvements in technology and manufacturing concepts have resulted in greatly improved drilling performance of impregnated diamond core drill bits for mineral exploration.
Features:
A: Super long life. The grinding/consumption ratio of PDC is 20-40 times that of tungsten carbide bit and 10 times that of diamond bit.
B: High drilling speed.
C: Can be operated with low pressure and low speed.
D: Has a good gage protection.
E: Can be used widely, more suitable for drilling in the stratum with formation< 7.
F: Low cost.
G: High toughness and impact strength.
1 Application: Used for construction, such as drilling walls, pipe installation, processing hole of air- conditioned and PC hole of stone slabs.
