Structure and Working Principle:

Introduction:
YTZF28-45 Maize flour machine is our newly developed grain processing equipment. It consists of different functions together: peeling, polishing, degerming, cleaning and flour milling and can produce flour directly. It is the ideal equipment for small or medium size maize processing enterprises and individuals for its multi-functions, compact structure, high efficiency and low energy consumption.Structure and Working Principle:
1.It is composed of the following parts: conveying, peeling, air blowing, flour milling, de-dusting, transmission and machine frame.
2. After cleaning, the grain is sent into the peeling chamber for peeling. The mutual friction among maize, high-speed rotation iron roller and sieve plate damages the bonding strength among the endosperm, bran and germ to separate them.3.
