Product Description
AML surge protective device (SPD) is a device used to limit transient overvoltage and protect electrical or electronic equipment, also known as surge protector, lightning protection gate, etc. The SPD contains at least one nonlinear element. When a surge occurs, the SPD can be turned on in the shortest time (nanosecond level) to discharge the current and limit the voltage to a safe level. SPD products are suitable for protection against power and signal cables directly or indirectly affected by lightning or other transient overvoltage.
