Main features

Application
The speed of the crusher can quickly reach 3800rpm. It can instantly crush materials into fine powder. And the powder fineness is very uniform. Usually, customer crushers can be collected in silos or bags. We can match the conveyor to transfer the powder. Then the customer can proceed with the next step of processing, such as mixing or packaging.
Working Principle
Pour the materials that need to be crushed into the feeding hopper of the crusher. There is a regulating valve below the hopper. You can adjust the valve size to control the feeding speed. The material is processed into powder directly after receiving the impact and friction of the cutter head. Then the powder that has reached fineness is discharged through the sieve inside the crusher chamber. Powder that has not reached fineness will still remain in the machine cavity for further processing. The final finished powder will be discharged through a cyclone separator and collected for use.
Different types of grinding baldes can be selected.
