This sparging dyeing machine is used for bleaching, refinning, dyeing, washing and postprocessing, suitable for silk ribbon, single span yarn, span yarn, real silk, shoelace, Ribbon, warpping belt, mercerized yarn
Features:
1, Sparging dyeing machine(normal temperature) Specially designed low energy consumption but high efficient mized flow pump offers high flow rate and high efficiency for even dyeing without spoBS or lousiness. Sparging dyeing machine ( high tempreture) has high performance centrifugal stainless steel pump.
2, For normal temperature, new module flow spary pipe can concentrate dye liquor at tge top, thus the tarn will sbsorb the dyestuff to fuill for 100% even dyeing. The friction between the yarn after floating and the pipes is very small so avoid damage to serface of the yarn.
3, Specially designed water yield adjust. Liquor ratio 1:8-12 for water, steam, auxiliaries saving.
