It's the go-to solution for a myriad of high-temperature applications, perfect for use in seals, gaskets, and expansion joints, offering unmatched performance.

Classification Temperature: Ranging from 1260°C to an impressive 1600°C. Recommended Temperature: Optimal performance at ≤1000°C to ≤1500°C. Density: 180 kg/m³. Key Features: Experience low thermal conductivity with a thin and uniformly dense fabric. The product boasts precise thickness, remarkable flexibility, sound absorption qualities, and can be effortlessly cut into complex shapes. With excellent tensile strength and lightweight design, it provides exceptional thermal stability with minimal shrinkage. Chemical Composition: Alumina (AlO ≥45%), Silica (SiO ≥52%), Zirconia (ZrO ≥13%). Thermal Conductivity: Efficient throughout varying temperatures-400°C at 0.10 W/m.k, 600°C at 0.13 W/m.k, 800°C at 0.19 W/m.k, 1000°C at 0.16 W/m.k, 1200°C at 0.22 W/m.k. Heating Wire Shrinkage: Minimal shrinkage ≤3% (1000°C), ≤3.5% (1200°C), ≤4% (1400°C), ≤4% (1500°C). Tensile Strength: Robust performance with 0.6 Mpa, 0.2 Mpa, 0.25 Mpa. Loss on Ignition: Efficient with ≤5%. Customizable Width: Standard 1220mm width with options for customization to meet your specific requirements.
