This water soluble pva film laundry pods detergent capsules filling sealing packing machine is specially designed for laundry detergent pods which working capacity is around 240pcs/m. It has better adaptability of water soluble PVA film and detergent liquid.
This machine is also able to pack high concentrated liquid detergent,miscible oil pesticide,oil chemicals agent and some other non aqueous system contents small dose single packs.It is a preferred packing way of product upgrade.

5.Power
All the main actions are driven by one motor, and the other actions are converted into the same by the gearbox. The speed can be adjusted (changed) at any time without stopping, and the other (cutting) speed (don't wait) is synchronized immediately.
6.Cutting
The horizontal cutter is cut with a rotary hob and three knives are installed in one turn (consistent with US equipment)
7.Sealing
Sealable ,The coating roller is disassembled and cleaned
The surface of the sealing roller is made of imported thermal adhesive.
(The temperature difference between the axles and the surface is small)
8.Filling
Dosing volume could adjust via touch screen with the machine nonstop
9.Hole
Cavity pumping holes: small and not easy to block
