Die Head

Determining the cross-section shape of the extruded profile is the core part of the mold. For simple cross sections (e.g. pipes, bars).

Screw

Screw is the core part of the extrusion system
Transfer material: Push solid material from hopper to die head.
Plasticizing melting: The material is uniformly melted by shear and friction heat.
Pressure building: to provide stable extrusion pressure for the material

Control panel

Temperature control multi-zone independent temperature control (die head, screw, barrel), accuracy ±1ºC; The PID algorithm automatically regulates heating/cooling.
Pressure monitoring real-time display of melt pressure (sensor accuracy ±0.5% FS); Overpressure alarm and emergency shutdown protection.
Speed adjustment screw speed (RPM) stepless speed regulation (usually 0~100rpm); Traction speed and extrusion speed are controlled synchronously.

Hopper

Hopper is the material inlet of the extrusion system, mainly responsible for:
