Featuring full needle roller bearings in the gear's transmission interface, we enhance frame rigidity and boost output torque by maximizing contact area.
The integration of the planetarium with the output shaft maximizes torsional rigidity while maintaining a compact structural design.
Employing synthetic lubricating oil and an IP65-grade seal, our design guarantees no oil leakage and maintenance-free operation.
Our gears are crafted from premium chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy steel, enhanced by an advanced vacuum plasma nitriding process. This elevates the surface hardness to 1200Hv and tempers the core to 30HRc, ensuring optimal wear resistance and impact toughness.
The precision trimming of helical tooth shape and lead significantly reduces gear impact and noise during operation, resulting in smoother meshing and a prolonged gear train lifespan.
