Product Description
β-Carotene Oil Suspension 30% is reddish-brown liquid. The β-Carotene , vegetable oil and all-rac-α-tocopherol (added as an antioxidant) mix and then run through a sand mill. By grinding with sand mill, the emulsion can be effectively dispersed and grinded so as to form a uniform and stable system.

Storage and Stability
The product may be stored for 36 months from the date of manufacture in the unopened original container and at room temperature. It should be protected from light, heat, oxygen and moisture. Keep the container tightly closed. Once opened, use contents quickly.
Uses
As a coloring agent and a source of vitamin A for oil-based food such as margarine, edible oil, salad and snacks. Also suitable for manufacturing soft-shell capsules.
