The starch saccharification solution is filtered to remove insoluble impurities to obtain a clarified solution, which still needs decolorizing treatment, among which the most commonly used are activated carbon decolorizing and bone carbon decolorizing. In the decolorization process, there are many factors affecting the adsorption effect, and the most important factors in industry are temperature and time. SUNSSE automatic decolorization system can be customized for customers according to the actual situation such as factory capacity and flow rate, with automatic operation, low personnel cost and high syrup quality.
