Introuduce:
Flat Plate High Gradient Wet Type Permanent Magnetic Separator is a kind of magnetic separation equipment that adopts the belt-type separation structure. It conducts multiple magnetic stirrings of materials throughout the entire working area and uses water flushing to remove the non-magnetic tailings. The magnetic minerals are conveyed by the belt to the demagnetization area to remove the magnetism, thereby completing the ore dressing process.
How to Work:
Flat Plate High Gradient Wet Type Permanent Magnetic Separator consists of frame, plate type magnetic system,mixing feeding system, water system, iron unloading system and regulatory system. When working, the non-magnetic material flows to discharging port according to the physical mechanical,the magnetic material(iron impurities) is adsorbed frequency by the strong magnetic area which has long length and wide width.The magnetic material(iron impurities) is taken to the tapping hole by the belt, then can be washed by the unloading system.
The flat plate magnetic separator has a wide range of applications and is mainly used in the following aspects:
1. Sorting of low-grade and weak magnetic iron ore, which can increase the grade by 3-15. It solves the problem that low-grade iron ore has never been able to be separated by metal separators before, allowing low-grade iron to be smelted in furnaces.
2. It can be used for the iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals processed by wet methods, such as quartz, feldspar, nepheline syenite, kaolin, etc.
3. It is suitable for the wet separation of various weak magnetic metal ores, such as hematite, limonite, siderite, manganese ore, ilmenite, and wolframite. It can also be used for the separation of scheelite and wolframite, and the separation of wolframite and cassiterite.
4. It can conduct high-purity iron removal operations for non-metallic materials and effectively reduce the iron content in materials such as potassium feldspar, fluorite, and quartz sand.
