--Ingeniously designed with an oil-free pump chamber, this vacuum pump eliminates contamination of the vacuum system, enhancing product quality significantly. It addresses and resolves common issues such as oil emulsification and the repetitive need for working fluid replacements, ensuring maintenance is minimal and cost-efficient. Remarkably, a single pump can achieve a pressure of 5pa, and it is easily integrated with Roots pumps,
molecular pumps, etc., forming an oil-free unit that boasts an even higher vacuum capability.
--Engineered for durability, the pump chamber, screw rotor, and other components exposed to flow can
be enhanced with a nickel phosphorus coating and Hastelloy alloy infiltration.
This enables efficient removal of corrosive media, making it exceptionally suitable for procedures like product distillation, drying, degassing, in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.
--Facilitates direct discharge of extracted gas from the pump body
without imposing environmental pressure, thereby simplifying gas solvent recovery processes.
--Simplified cleaning process: When contaminants enter the pump chamber, cleaning is effortless. Simply open the suction and exhaust ports of the pump. Once activated, introduce a suitable amount of water or cleaning agent via the suction port to cleanse the pump, eliminating the need for complete disassembly.
