The wood chipper is mainly composed of chassis, dead knife base, dead knife, chipping rod, rotor, main shaft, hammer or blade, upper feeding mechanism, below feeding mechanism, feeding device, discharge device, hydraulic system and electric control system.1) Rotor rotation speed adjustable. According to the customer's specific requirements, the machine can be modified, such as adjusting the corresponding parts to change the rotation speed of the rotor, to meet the different requirements of customers on discharging granularity and production capacity.




2) Unique dead knife design. Thanks to the decades of experience, we create a special shock absorbing buffering dead knife design and already got the patent. This design protects the rotor, decreased the maintenance cost and extends the life span of the machine.



4) Easy maintenance. Thanks to the hydraulic system, it is easy and convenient to open the machine cover to check or replace the cutter, screen mesh and so on.
5) Chain conveyor. The feeding chain conveyor is made of high manganese steel with the thickness 10mm, which is a typical anti-wear steel, cast organization is austenite and carbide. Via the water toughening treatment, the surface would be rapidly hardening and that make its internal remains the good toughness and deformability under the condition of strong impact and extrusion and the hardening layer with good wear resistance. These characteristics determine that the service life can be up to 22000 hours, which is better than the traditional belt's 2000 hours. In addition, the traditional belt' s with small friction coefficient which will cause the feed speed to be slow and not smooth, but the chain type solved all the above questions.6) Perfect chain conveyor length. The length of the chain conveyor is matched with the machine running, which can achieve the best machine performance.
7) Dual control, One is fixed electrical cabinet and the other is remote control, that makes the operation more safe and convenient.

9) Overload protection.The main motor starts by a soft start switch, and the circuit has an overload protection device, which automatically cuts off the circuit when overloaded.
10) Interlocking control of feed system and avoid feeding plugging. During normal operation, feeding motors and chain conveyor motor work simultaneously. Once there is a plugging, feed system stop feeding, two feeding motors and chain conveyor reverse together.
When feeding too much material, the main motor current increases, the frequency of frequency converter will decrease, rotation speed of two feeding motors will slow down, feeding volume will decrease. When main motor current decreases to a certain value, the frequency of frequency converter wil increase, two feeding motors rotation speed will speed up, feed rate will increase.
This control process is realized by equipped wireless remote control.
