.It mainly consists of heating furnace body, electric control system, hydraulic system, automatic pushing machine, automatic turning machine, automatic oil temperature control system, quenching mechanism, ring rail, cooling circulation system and so on.
Adopt PLC automatic control, each temperature area adopts dual-number display PID control temperature controller independent control, according to the heat treatment process requirements of the temperature of each temperature area arbitrary editing.
Oil temperature control. The quenching oil temperature is set according to the process requirements, and the oil temperature is automatically controlled to stabilize and improve the casting quality.
Furnace structure. Furnace body adopts high temperature high quality insulation material, normal work (room temperature 20±5ºC), the surface temperature difference of furnace body shell ≤50ºC, reduce heat loss, reduce energy consumption. Special furnace bottom structure, a shape resistance wire furnace bottom through the hall, and the use of special material tube sleeve suspended on the bottom of the furnace, can effectively oxide skin, dropped ball automatically collected, effectively reduce the oxide skin, dropped ball caused by short circuit phenomenon, reduce energy consumption, prolong the service life of resistance wire.
