The rotation of the machine head is driven by a servo motor to drive the precision reducer,with high-precision gears,so that the angle accuracy can reach plus or minus 0.1 degrees. The speed of the corner is fast,which solves the problem that the corner of the machine head developed by the previous staff cannot be adjusted faster,and the machine head will shake if it is adjusted faster,which affects the cutting accuracy. The two-axis linkage between the corner and the feeding ensures maximum efficiency,saves the production time of the factory,and solves the trouble of changing one end after cutting one end in the previous factory,which doubles the efficiency.
The newly developed operating system is equipped with a ten-inch touch screen in Taiwan,which makes the interface clear at a glance,easy to operate,input parameter values through man-machine dialogue,one-key start,large-capacity storage memory,and can save the edited parameters.When it is called,it can be used directly.
