Banghua avails one design center and two manufacturing sites, with a total covered surface in excess of 10000 m2. Proprietary equipment is manufactured in the two manufacturing facilities.


II. Brief Introduction
The atomized calsium chloride solution is sprayed into fluidized bed granulator by spray gun,and the atomized droplets touch with the crystal nucleus layer directly.The droplets adhere to the surface of crystal nucleus and form local infiltration layer.In the meantime,the tiny powders adhere to the local infiltration layer,and water is removed.Becase of the remove of water,the droplets and powders become lamellar and adhere to the surface of crystal nucleus.With the process repeated,the crystal nucleus become larger and larger.In the fluidized bed granulation area,the crystal nucleus is adhered to water droplets constantly.The crystal nucleus impact each other,and the water is removed gradually.All these make granules grow bigger gradually,layer by layer,and in uniform,also together with the evaporation of water.So,this method ensure the uniform and compact structure,also increase its intensity.Its working principle is mostly accumulated coating granulation,few is reunited granulation.

III. Working Principle 
 
Solution materials enter into atomizer via high-pressure plunger pump,becoming uniform and tiny particles under the effect of atomizer. Exposed in the high tempertaure hot air,the solution is initially evaporated in parallel flow way.Through the wind convection,half dry powder is formed and dropped into the fluidized bed at the bottom for granulation.The final water is dried in fluidized bed under high temperature.The half dry powder surface is wet,and it affects the seed crystal,and gathers them to be granules.


IV.Good Properties
 
A. Fluidized Bed
1.
The reasonable designed fluidized space ensures the effect of fluidization, controls the level of fluidization interface and reduces the powder adsorption, so as to provide conditions for the combination of liquid and solid with well-proportioned.
2.Improve the air distribution plate, balance the inlet air pressure of the bottom of fluidized bed, to avoid caking and channeling caused by the slow flow of some materials inside the fluidized bed.
3.
Design sir dust reasonably, reduce wind resistance, ensure adequate ventilation, improve evaporation efficiency and production efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
B. Spray Gun
Pressure jet and multi-fluid spray gun (according to solution property) is adopted. Wide adjustable range for the atomization angle reduces occurrence of the materials adhering on the wall. The spray nozzle has better adaptability to the proportion of liquid materials. It saves energy, improves the efficiency, has new type fast-assembly structure, and can be easily replaced when the equipment runs.


V. Energy Saving and Environmental Protection
Energy saving: The positive pressure gas hot blast stove is used as the heating source, which can reduce the power consumption of tons of products and leave out the high-temperature relay high-power fan of negative pressure gas stove. Instead, the normal temperature fan is used. First, the service life of the fan can be prolonged and second, the power of the fan is small.  For exhaust gas exhaust system (150-160 degrees) waste heat utilization, the use of calcium chloride solution washing spray tower discharge of waste heat and calcium powder, can make the concentration of calcium chloride solution, feed liquid temperature to 60 degrees after entering the pelletizer, reduce energy consumption, smoke exhaust temperature can be reduced to about 80 degrees, reduce one-third of the emissions.
Environmental protection: use calcium chloride mother liquor to absorb calcium powder in tail gas, save water.  After wet dust removal tower, further washing, environmental protection standards, so that the tail gas temperature dropped to 80 degrees.
