It is made of diamond cutter head welded or cold pressed on the metal matrix. The diamond cutter head is made by sintering artificial industrial diamond and other metal powder. Through cold pressing and hot pressing, then, it is welded to a metal matrix in the shape of bowl. Diamond grinding cup discs are usually mounted on concrete grinding machines to polish such as concrete, granite, marble and other stone materials.
We have diamond grinding wheels with different types and specifications to meet different application needs. They are commonly used to grind glass, ceramic, etc.
Our diamond grinding discs are used for the surface of silicon ingot grinding before cutting.
The surface of silicon ingot will be better after grinding.
