Heat treatment line for tooth strip, shaft, steel tube, screw.
For quenching, tempering and blackening etc of high-strength bolt and rod etc products (of grade 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, B7, B7M, L7, L7M or bridge engineering etc grades).

Approx 3.2 ~ 3.8 tons / 24 hours, for Ø 20 ~ 30 mm
Approx. 4 ~ 5.5 tons / 24 hours, for Ø 30 ~ 40 mm
Approx. 4 ~ 6.5 tons / 24 hours, for Ø 40 ~ 60 mm
Approx 6.5 ~ 7.5 tons / 24 hours, for Ø 60 ~ 100 mm
Heating rate. 110 ~ 280KW
Automatic configuration. Automatic loader + quenching section + tempering section + blackening section + Automatic un-loader
