Hemp flax fiber refining and cottonizing line charicater:
Machine name:hemp flax fiber bale openning and refining machine,cottonizing machines,filtering unit,fiber baile press,shives bale press.
1.Automatic square or round hemp straw bale openning.
2.Capacity is 1000kg raw fiber per hour,mixed 40-45% shives and dust.Incoming length 300-1000mm,outcoming length 30-50mm.
3. Short fiber shives below 1%.
4.Combine Belgium and French technic.
5.The stem more than 70% will be broken by bale opener,we use hydraulic pressing rollers for crusher,And the crushed shives will be removed by vibration belt and openning rollers of the refining units.The fiber will be opened again and again in first refining unit.More than 80% shives will be removed.The balance shives will be removed by the second refining unit.
