Brief Introduction:
The CWZD-600ZF+SZ is a multiformat pouch making machine,that allows flexible packaging converters to develop a wide variety of pouches.
This model is a high speed,quick change over machine designed for high performance production of Stand Up Pouch & Center Seal,and Quad Seal Pouches.
Unwind unit:
3inch Air shaft & auto loading
Edge & line guide ,Power Brake
Tension Measuring Roller & Tension Control System.
*6 times Skip Seal Function

Whole machine adopt 3pcs servo motors(Yaskawa Japan) and 1pcs PLC(Panasonic Japan).
Standard machine use AC motor and inverter control.
Optional is control by servo motor and reducer system.
