Take PVC film as backing material, coated with Rubber Resin / Solvent Acrylic adhesive, it is widely used in the dangerous area to draw peoples attention. It usually be called" Caution Tape" but this type is adhesive coated so you can stick it on the floor/wall or other surfaces.
