Consists of 3 parts:
- Base of the uncoiler, fix to the ground with expansion bolts.
- Rotation parts, a shaft of Φ 130mm and two clamping plates to clamp the fin bar.
- Adjusting parts, four slide rails and four expansion plates to fix the inner ring of fin bar coil.
