Product Description
The ion probe is divided into three parts:
1. Joint at the rear. Used for connecting ion wires between ion probes and programmable controllers, with an interface diameter of 4mm;
2. The middle is the ceramic part. Used to fix on a bracket inside the combustion tube of the burner, providing insulation and insulation. Usually, we choose ion probes, which means the diameter and length of the ceramic part.
3. The metal part of the head. The metal part extends into the flame, generating a weak current at high temperature, and then forms a closed circuit with the metal part such as the combustion tube or flame disc. The flame serves as the middle resistance, so it is required that the ion probe should not be too far from the "ground", otherwise the current is too weak, and the program controller will determine that there is no flame formation.
The ignition electrode serves as a burner accessory, and its function is to discharge the high voltage generated by the ignition transformer at the ignition electrode head, igniting the fuel sprayed by the burner.
The ignition electrode is divided into three parts as a whole:
1. Joint at the rear. Used for connecting the high-voltage wire between the ignition electrode and the programmable controller, with an interface diameter of 6.35mm;
2. The middle is the ceramic part. Used to fix on a bracket inside the combustion tube of the burner, providing insulation and insulation. Usually, we choose the ignition electrode, which means the diameter and length of the ceramic part.
3. The metal part of the head. Usually, two ignition electrodes are used together, with a distance of about 5mm between the two electrodes to discharge the high-voltage electricity and form an arc.
