Care:
Please wring out a wet cloth after wiping dirt, or clean with a neutral detergent. Do not dry-clean or iron.
Do not use chlorine bleach or softener cleaning, please wait for it to completely dry after storage.
Usage:
Cold compress:
1. Open the lid, put in a small amount of water, and then put ice cubes in.
*The volume of ice cubes occupies 1/2 to 2/3 of the capacity of the ice pack.
2. To prevent water from leaking out, close the lid tightly.
*Note that it is not easy to seal tightly when the lid is tilted.
3. Put the ice pack on the part that needs a cold compress, and fix it with a bandage or special protective gear.
*To prevent the ice pack from getting too cold, towels and underwear can be used as padding.
Warm compress:
1. Open the lid and pour 2/3 degree of warm water at 50~55ºC.
2. Cover and separate warm compress areas with towels or underwear.
3. It is more convenient to inject water with a water heater with a temperature adjustment function.
Notes
* Keep in mind that this is an ice pack, and it cannot be used as a hot water bottle with boiling water. Water temperature should not exceed 58ºC, Be careful not to burn when filling the water
* When used in summer, water droplets will be generated on the bag body due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside. This is a normal phenomenon
* Feel too cold, can be used with a towel pad.
* Do not use it for a long time in the same part, which may cause low-temperature burns.
* Don't put it in the refrigerator to freeze or heat in the microwave.
* Any product has a lifespan, which is closely related to the degree of care. It is recommended not to tighten the lid when it is not in use.
* Keep out of reach of young children.
