1. High secondary classification accuracy: the product particle size distribution is uniform, the 1-45um distribution range can be precisely adjusted, and the classification accuracy is up to 1um, and the classification accuracy of some products is up to 0.5um;
2. Good product quality: the product is highly spherical and contains few impurities. The raw material aluminum content is 99.9% and the active aluminum content is not less than 98%.
3. High recovery rate of fine powder: the company produces various specifications of ultra-fine spherical aluminum powder with a median diameter of D50 between 0 and 75um, and the recovery rate of fine powder of D50 17um is more than 93%, effectively ensuring the production of fine powder;
4. Customized fine powder with different particle size distribution: according to customer requirements, the company customized products with different particle size distribution specifications to meet different customer requirements for specific products.
