Product Description
1. Machine introduction:
1.1 AC520 PCBA Batch Type Cleaning Machine is an integrated, energy-saving, eco-friendly and good quality machine. It has big size cleaning basket as L 700*W 700(mm) so it can handle bigger size PCBAs.
1.2 AC520 is mainly used for cleaning multi-variety PCBAs such as: aerospace, communications, intelligent instruments, and automotive electronics. It can throughly clean rosin flux, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux, solder balls dusts and other residuals on the surface of SMT and THT PCBAs.
1.3 AC520 has small foot print. Liquid wash, DI water rinses and hot air dry processes are conducted in one chamber automatically.
2. Machine process:
AC520 use aqueous liquid to wash off flux on PCBA, then use DI water to take off liquid and ions on PCBA, then Hot air to blow dry. Here are wash process:
Put in PCBA→liquid wash →liquid take back→DI water rinse1→DI water rinse 2→DI water rinse →Hot air blow dry→take out PCBA
3. Machine Features:
3.1 Comprehensive flux wash system: rosin flux, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux / solder paste and other organic and inorganic materials.
3.2 Scientific spray nozzle arrangement: left and right incremental nozzle arrangement --- to enhance wash and rinse efficiency; back and forth movement of basket - completely solve the wash blind area.
3.3 Spray pressure adjustable design: By turning ball valves on 3 spray rods to adjust spray pressure of each spray rod for different PCBAs.
3.4 Basket moving rack: by using frame bend racks, the basket moves smoothly and stable.
3.5 Double layers front door seal strips: no liquid leak from front door.
3.6 Dosing pump: auto add by setting the ratio (5% to 25%) automatically with DI water and chemical liquid (option).
3.7 Low liquid cost: Diluent liquid recirculated used. Compressed air blow the residual liquid off from pipes and wash pump.
3.8 Liquid compensation function: concentrated liquid tank and compensation pump, timely add concentrated liquid into wash process.
3.9 DI water resistivity monitoring function: DI water resistivity are monitoring in time.
3.10 Electric control system protection:
A. Mitsubishi PLC control, easy operation.
B. Alarm sound and signal tower make operator to know machine running status clearly.
C. Front door sensor protection.
D. PID heating system, more precise temperature control.
E. Liquid and hot air have auto temperature control device and over heat protection function.
F. Motor and pumps has overload protection function.
G. Alarm and problem message are shown on touch panel at the time of machine fault.
H. Electric control box is set on rear side of machine, easy to check and maintenance.
