Description of Chilling Machine
The cooling machine is used for cooling vegetables, fruits, juice and milk from the blanching machine before freezing machine.
After cooling in precooler machine, the cold load in freezer will be decreased largely, It can save much energy forprocessing.
This machine is always used in quick-freezing line(cleaning--cutting--blanching--room temperature cooling--ice water cooling--draining--freezing).
