APPLICATION
The machine is mainly applied in processing and maintenance of wheelset of railway vehicle. With center positioning, chuck drive, and double tool carriages capable of feeding in sync, the machine presents high performance and economical cost. Optional attachments such as measuring unit, scrape crusher and chip convey or can be adopted as per client's requirement
The main performance characteristics:
Machine layout with left and right, symmetrical layout, main transmission adoption transmission, left and right, CNC turret is driven by servo motor the profiling wheel. Wheel device is installed on the machine tool through the middle, can complete the processing of parts of the brake disc.
