There are two kind of processing technology for curly yarn on the artificial grass market, one is ATY(air textured yearn), the other is KDK(knit de knit ).
In the KDK process, yarn is first knitted into a fabric form using specialized knitting machines. Once the yarn is knitted, it then undergoes a heat treatment process to fixate the loops.
