there are different models of single facers for option. customer can choose the suitable model as per the working speed and different production profiles.
Corrugated paper board production line
A complete corrugated paper board production line includes the following machines: mill roll stand, pre-heater, splicer, single facer, overhead bridge, mulit-preheater, and glue machine, double baker facer, slitter scorer, cut-off stacker and ect.
Raw paper roll is fed to the mill roll stand. after heated and moisture ajusted by the pre-heater, raw paper will go to the single facer, corrugated by it, and gluing together with another raw paper to become single faced corrugating paper. then conveyed through the over head bridge, re-heated by mult-layer preheater, after glued by gluing machine, jointed by the double baker facer. then, continuous corrugating board comes out.
After slitting and scoring by slitter scorer and transverse cutting by cut-off machine, corrugated board with different sizes are produced. at last, these different size corrugating board will be stacked, calculated and then sent out by the stacker.
way of heating: by steam heating.

*The diameter of the corrugated roller is 380 millimeters. The diameter of the pressure roller is 520 millimeters. The surface diameter of the glue roller is 302 millimeters, and the diameter of the scraper roller is 170 millimeters.
*This machine adopts a positive pressure air cushion guide paper, with high heat utilization rate and good corrugated paper forming quality.
*The corrugated roller adopts a positive pressure box type. It lowers the center of gravity of the machine under the pressure roller. It is also very stable during high-speed operation, reducing vibration, making it more stable and stable during operation. The exchange of corrugated rollers is more economical and faster- The corrugated roller, pressure roller, and rubber roller adopt separate transmission gearbox to isolate vibration. Oil immersed lubrication and high-precision gear transmission ensure stability and reliability of operation
