feature of automatic chalk making machine

1. Slaked Lime mixer, power on, then fill in the water. 

The rate for the slaked lime and water is half to half.

2.The mold should be lubricated enough. And should be lubricated for every cycle

3. Each model has 808 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6minutes,

4.When the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come off

 from  the model, then dry in the sun.

5. The packing should be completed by handwork.
