Carbonated Soft Drink Filling Line (DXGF) Carbonated Filling machine

1) Water treatment system
2) Syrup preparation system for Soft Drink Filling Line

Soft Drink Filling machine:
1) Direct connection between air conveyor and in-feeding starwheel to substitute in-feeding screw and conveyor to ease the process of bottle-size-changing
2) Neck-hanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. No contact to screwPart of the bottle to prevent second pollution, without equipment height Adjustment, suitable for wider scope of bottle sizes and quicker bottle changing
3) Valve-opening device is driven by cylinder, with accurate action, rapid flow, High filling precision, nice liquid level. CIP system and controlling program are Equipped.
