Carbide inserts APKT11T308-PM for CNC machines are made from a high-quality metal alloy that is extremely hard, durable, and resistant to wear. Carbide inserts are used to create precision-engineered holes in metal parts. The hardness of carbide allows it to be used in high-speed machining applications while still being able to withstand the heat generated by friction.
PVD Coated Grade for Turning Stainless Steel
1.Superior wear-resistance and toughness at medium and low speed Stainless Steel turning.
2. PVD Coated layer avoids built-up-edge and chipping problems.
3. TiAlN thin film avoids oxidation and performs well in dry cutting operation.
4. Thanks to the newly developed substrate and thin film, it is outstanding in Stainless Steel turning.
