Description of Products
UNJ-L31-0.5 and UNJ-L31-0.5B steel cord butt welders are used for conventional steel cord.
UNJ-L31-1.5 and UNJ-L31-3 steel cord butt welders are used for large diameter steel cord (Such as OTR steel cord).

Electric Hammer--Stamping the welded joint,ensure the welded joint smooth.
Tensile Strength Tester--Testing the welded joint's tensile strength.
Twisting Device--Twisting the loose steel cord constructions before welding, easier for welding.
Grinding machine--Polishing the extra welding scar of large diameter steel cord (such as OTR steel cord)
