1.General description
Blend Polyol ZHD-8001IC is is a premixed polyols designed for the production of polyurethane rigid foams for refrigerators,icebox, steaming carbinet and other thermal insulation products. It is ready system contains polyether polyol, silicone surfactant, catalysts,blowing agent and water etc..and foam with with good flowability and density distribution.

3. Preparation:
Before using,this polyol has to be mixed very well..
prevent the ingress of moisture.
The Polyol blend has a shelf life of three months from date of manufacture when stored indoors
at temperatures of 20-30°C. The Polyol blend should be thoroughly mixed before use.
ZHD-8001IC-B (Isocyanate)
The Isocyanate has a shelf life of one year from date of manufacture when stored indoors at
temperatures of 20-30°C. Avoid storage temperatures of below 0°C (as some crystallization
may occur) or above 50°C (as formation of insoluble so lids may occur).
